Mindanao State University-Maguindanao conducted the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026 through its Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit, reaffirming the university’s commitment to discipline and patriotism among its cadets.
University Chancellor Bai Hejira Nefertiti M. Limbona expressed the university’s support for the ROTC program and emphasized the importance of the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026 as one of the most important activities for ROTC units. She highlighted that the inspection assesses the unit’s compliance, preparedness, and overall performance. She added that, through the inspection, the university is acting with full transparency and with the desire to be found worthy of the trust and responsibility vested in the institution.
A key highlight of the program was the formal turnover and assumption of command and control of the MSU-Maguindanao ROTC Unit led by NSTP Coordinator Prof. Regina Canja , to the RAATI Chairman, signifying the official start of the inspection and evaluation. The ceremony involved COL Onting M. Alon (Ret.) PA, Commandant of the MSU-Maguindanao ROTC Unit, and COL Ruben G. Aquino GSC (INF) PA, Chairman of the RAATI Team and Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retiree Affairs of the 6th Infantry Division, Philippine Army.
The Arrival of Honors and Ceremonial Parade showcased the discipline, unity, and military proficiency of the MSU-Maguindanao Corps of Cadets Class 2026. It reflected the university’s continued commitment to developing students who embody integrity and service.
