MSU-Maguindanao's Collaborative Efforts Recognized at Golden Anniversary DAP Clients Day and Recognition Ceremony
#MSUMagAt50 | Mindanao State University-Maguindanao received an award from the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) headed by Atty. Engelbert C. Caronan Jr., MNSA for its outstanding collaboration, establishing itself as the first State University to partner with DAP sa Mindanao since the creation of BARMM. The award was presented at the Clients Day and Recognition Ceremony themed, โKapwa, Kakayahan, at Kaunlaran: Limampung Taon ng Kahusayan sa Paglinang ng Bayanโ on October 11, 2023, at the DAP Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
This recognition stems from MSU-Maguindanao’s active participation in various projects with DAP, showcasing their strong partnership and trust. One notable example is the Course on Foresight and Futures Thinking: A Scenario Planning Workshop. MSU-Maguindanao’s engagement in this forward-thinking program highlights its dedication to strategic planning and envisioning future scenarios, contributing to long-term national development. Additionally, MSU-Maguindanao partnered with DAP on the Digital Transformation of Bangsamoro Education initiative, demonstrating their commitment to modernizing educational practices and equipping students for the digital age.
The Clients Day and Recognition Ceremony provided an avenue for MSU-Maguindanao and other partners to celebrate their achievements and strengthen collaborative efforts. Dr. Arceli B. Naraga, Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development, received the award on behalf of MSU-Maguindanao. This recognition signifies not only past accomplishments but also a pledge to future endeavors in building a better and more programs for sustainable development.
The award, presented by Dr. Alan S. Cajes, Vice President for Corporate Concerns Center and Council of Fellows alongside Vice President for Productivity and Development Center Arnel D.
