JUST IN: MSUMag bags Top 2 Performing State Universities by AACCUP

#MSUMag | The Mindanao State University-Maguindanao has been recognized as the Top 2 Performing SUC with the Highest Number of Level 1 Accredited Programs in 2022 (15 Programs) by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) during the 36th Annual National Conference at the Century Park Hotel, Manila on March 29, 2023.

On a personal message, Chancellor Limbona extends her commendation to the faculty members, staff, students, and stakeholders who contributed to its success. Further, she conveyed that the University will remain steadfast and remain partners of AACCUP in the commitment to providing quality education, services, and to make positive impact to the community and beyond.

The accreditation task force is headed by Genuine Uko-Malim, JD and the Quality Assurance and Management Office is led by Mildred Baguio.

The 15 programs submitted for Level 1 Accreditation were:
1. Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management
2. Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Agronomy
3. Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering
4. Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Extension Education
5. Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science
6. Bachelor of Science in Forestry major in General Forestry
7. Bachelor of Science in Fisheries
8. Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education
9. Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English
10. Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics
11. Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Sciences
12. Bachelor of Science in Social Work
13. Bachelor of Public Administration
14. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
15. Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies
 
The online accreditation was held on September 26-30, 2022.
