30 MSU-Maguindanao Scholars Receive MATYAKAP Cash Assistance
#MSUMagAt50 | Chancellor Bai Hejira Nefertiti M. Limbona, PhD welcomed Mayor Rafsanjani P. Ali of General SK Pendatun to the MSU-Maguindanao campus on February 15, 2024, for the distribution of Php1,500 financial assistance to each of the thirty (30) students under the MATYAKAP program, supporting their academic endeavors.
The MATYAKAP Cash Assistance program aimed to alleviate financial constraints faced by students pursuing their studies at the university. The 1,500-peso assistance provided relief and highlights the importance of community-driven efforts in fostering educational opportunities.
Present were First Lady Mielyn D. Ali, PSSg. Kempe A. Guiapal, Noel Gayanandang, along with the Mayor’s staff, including Abduilramah S. Esmael, Norhan A. Mustapha, and Rowena P. Mustapha. Also in attendance were representatives from MSU-Maguindanao, including VCAA Dr. Marissa N. Parcon, CAS Dean Dr. Badrudin Abdul, Admission and Scholarships Officer Mr. Jhon Carlo Parcon, and DSA Director Ms. Julmaherria Salipada, as well as faculty, staff members, and students.
