CSC-BARMM Awards Certificate of Recognition to MSU-Maguindanao for 100% Compliance with PRIME-HRM Level II
Mindanao State University–Maguindanao was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Civil Service Commission for BARMM Field Office of Maguindanao, led by Director II Arnold Juloya, for attaining 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 with the PRIME-HRM Level II Maturity Indicators in its Recruitment, Selection, and Placement System.
The awarding was held on April 23, 2026, at the MSU-Maguindanao Training Center, Hall A, recognizing the University’s commitment to transparent, merit-based, and efficient human resource management practices. On behalf of Chancellor Bai Hejira Nefertiti M. Limbona, the award was received by HRMO Director Genuine Uko-Malim, together with the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance Madame Angelita Datucan, the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development Dr. Arceli Naraga, and the Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation and Sustainable Global Engagements, Dr. Raquel D. Santiago-Arenas, along with the Deans, faculty and HRMO staff whose efforts made this achievement possible.
This recognition reflects the direction of Chancellor Bai Hejira and the University’s continued efforts to strengthen institutional systems, uphold good governance, and deliver quality service in higher education.
