The Technical Working Group of MSU-Marawi conducts on-site visit for the opening of College of Law at MSU-Maguindanao, Tamontaka Campus
#MSUMagAt50 | Mindanao State University System President, Atty. Basari Dimakuta Mapupuno, along with the College of Law Technical Working Group (TWG) led by Atty. Norhabib Bin Soud S. Barodi, Dean of the College of Law, Asst. Dean Norsary S. Mamad, and BOR Secretary Atty. Shidik Abantas conducted a site visit to assess MSU-Maguindanao’s preparedness to establish a College of Law as an extension of MSU-Main Campus. The evaluation occurred on February 12, 2024, at the Simeon Datumanong Hall Building, Tamontaka Campus, Maguindanao del Norte.
The TWG’s site visit reflected a positive outlook on MSU-Maguindanao’s preparedness to establish a College of Law extension, with attention to compliance, faculty readiness, and strategic consideration for the university’s growth and contribution to legal education in the Bangsamoro Region.
Present were the IBP President Cotabato Chapter Atty. Ysnaira Ibrahim, MSU System officials including Datudacula L. Mandangan, Director for MSU-Main Supply Office; Juhary B. Pangandaman, Director of MSU-Main Property Office; Maamor P. Lanto, Director of the Intelligence Division; Bashier D. Mapupuno, Director of OP-UDDRMO; and Shaadodin Abantas. Representing MSU-Maguindanao were its four Vice-Chancellors, along with faculty members from the Graduate Studies department and other staff members.
