𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗠𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝟮𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵

#MSUMag | Mindanao State University-Maguindanao congratulates Mr. Marvin James B. Dollete and Ms. Sittie Hadzar A. Kanakan, 3rd-year Bachelor of Physical Education students in the College of Education, for being two of the four (4) winners of the Ideation Impact Challenge (IIC) 2023: Call for Research Proposals. The winners received seed grants worth PHP200,000.00 each from the Bangsamoro Youth Commission.

The winners were awarded during the State of the Bangsamoro Youth Address and the celebration of International Youth Day on August 12, 2023, at Robinsons Hall, Alnor Mall, Cotabato City.

Mr. Dollete and Ms. Kanakan focused their research study on “Availability of Sports Development Domains, Sports Success, and Sport Management Practices with Respect to the Islamic Culture of Adolescent Girl Athletes in Maguindanao Del Sur: A Policy Framework for Leveraging Support for Inclusive Sport Among Secondary Public Schools in BARMM.” Their research study surpassed 24 research proposals proposed by youth from the Philippines.

The research proposals underwent screenings by panels from the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) in Kabacan, North Cotabato.

The seed grants will be used by the researchers to conduct their research and implement their proposals.
