Chancellor Limbona expressed her message of commitment and belief that, given its current position, MSU-Maguindanao’s goal is to improve the lives of the community where they are situated. She implied that this promotes community building and development because the period spent in a position is limited, the legacy of one’s accomplishments is what remains. Further, she noted that it’s fortunate to have partners who share the same vision and emphasized the importance of collaboration and community development in achieving this goal.

VP Uztadz Ali conveyed that he is grateful to have the partnership with MSU-Maguindanao through the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension (OVCRE) for this project. They are grateful to the University for accepting the challenge of serving the people. They promise to be readily available for any support and guidance from them.

MOSEP is an implementing partner of the UNFPA and the UNFAO it is responsible for implementing the joint program on Resilient Livelihoods Development for Women and Youth IDPs in Maguindanao, which is funded by the Government of Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The baseline assessment is part of the program’s implementation, as it will serve as the basis from which the success of the joint program will be measured. This contract agreement with MSU-Maguindanao will run from March 16, 2023 to June 7, 2023, with the possibility of an extension.
