MSU-Maguindanao Signs MOU with IAPES Inc., Thailand
#MSUMagAt50 | The Memorandum of Understanding between MSU-Maguindanao and the International Association of Physical Education and Sports (IAPES) Inc., Thailand headed by Dr. Jesus D. Guarin, was officially signed on February 2, 2024, at the MSU-Maguindanao Graduate Studies, Tamontaka, Maguindanao del Norte.
The International Association of Physical Education and Sports (IAPES) Incorporated is affiliated with the Ministry of Commerce, Department of Intellectual Property, Kingdom of Thailand. It is dedicated to facilitating the delivery of physical education, school sports, and physical activity in educational settings and the broader community.
The agreement establishes a cooperative framework in various areas related to Physical Education (PE) and Sports. These areas include athletics development, professional development, BPEd student engagement, benchmarking with partner universities on local and international levels, and research initiatives. The agreement is valid for 5 years.
Present were Dr. Jewel D. Santos, Chairman of IAPES Inc., Dr. Mark Joseph Santos, Vice President of IAPES Inc., Vicente M. Rabang Jr., Head Linkages of Partnership and Public Relations, SDO Director Dunique Love Daylusan, and Prof. Sittie Rahima Daglok, BPEd Program Adviser, BPEd Officer, and all PE faculty members.
