MSU-Maguindanao Professor Participates in YSEALI PFP Regional Alumni Accelerator Workshop in Bali, Indonesia
#MSUMagAt50 | MSU-Maguindanao College of Public Affairs and Governance faculty, Asst. Prof. Princess Sheryn Mamucao, joined the recently conducted Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Professional Fellows Program (PFP) Regional Alumni Accelerator Workshop. She participated in the 35 YSEALI Alumni participants from all four institute themes from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Vietnam and Philippines.
The workshop, organized by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) and the American Councils for International Education, was held on February 22-25, 2024, in Bali, Indonesia.
This intensive program aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders and advocates in their respective fields.
Professor Mamucao’s selection for this program is a recognition of her contributions to the field of Social Work. Her commitment to promoting good governance, fostering community engagement, and advocating social justice has had a significant impact on her students, colleagues, the MSU community and in the Bangsamoro Region.
