MSUMag Joins BARMM’s 1st PRIME-HRM Level II Summit
MSU-Maguindanao joined the 1st PRIME-HRM Level II Summit organized by the Civil Service Commission of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (CSC-BARMM), held on April 7–8, 2025. The event carried the theme, “Accelerating BARMM Public Service Excellence Through PRIME-HRM.”
The summit aimed to deepen the understanding and application of PRIME-HRM Level II principles, enhance the capacity of BARMM agencies in implementing high-quality human resource (HR) programs, and strengthen inter-agency collaboration across the region. It specifically sought to provide in-depth knowledge of PRIME-HRM Level II principles and their application in developing agile and future-ready servant-heroes, facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practice exchange, promote the wider adoption of PRIME-HRM Level II, and inspire excellence in human resource management.
The two-day event featured a keynote address, presentations on the PRIME-HRM journey of various agencies, sessions on HR Information Systems (HRIS) and “All About PRIME-HRM,” panel discussions, open forums, and networking opportunities.
Representing MSU-Maguindanao at the summit were HRMO Director Genuine Uko-Malim, along with HRMO staff Rahima Lacsasa and Hasma Batao.
