Mindanao State University-Maguindanao Attains ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) Certification
#MSUMagAt50 | Mindanao State University-Maguindanao has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Certification by SOCOTEC Philippines Inc. Issued on October 24, 2023, it marks the University’s successful compliance with the requirements of Quality Management System (QMS).
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an international standard that provides a framework for organizations to manage their quality of service. It is based on the principles of customer focus, process approach, continual improvement, leadership, and engagement of people.
The certification is a significant achievement as it demonstrates the University’s commitment to QMS and its dedication to providing its students with the quality learning experience.
This accomplishment aligns with the University’s FYDP under Key Result Area 3 (Modernizing and Upgrading of Planning and Development Initiatives), which is to achieve accreditation and and meet ISO 9001:2015 Standard by December 2024.
MSU-Maguindanao will persist in achieving even greater milestones in service to the Bangsamoro.
