Ceremonial Signing of Memorandum of Understanding for the 4th International Conference on Environment and Forest Conservation
#MSUMagAt50 | One of the highlights of the 4th ICEFC is the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on November 16, 2023 at Aves Hall, Acacia Hotel, Davao City. Six new partners forged a Memorandum of Understanding between and among Mindanao State University System, Kastamonu University (KU), Turkey, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB University), Indonesia, and Southeast Asian Regional Centre for Tropical Biology (SEAMEO BIOTROP). Representatives from MSU-General Santos City, MSU-Sulu, MSU-Buug, School Head of MSU-Maigo School of Arts and Trade, Superintendents of MSU-Lanao National College of Arts and Trade, and MSU-Lanao del Norte Agricultural College signified their commitment.
This Memorandum of Understanding seeks to foster research collaboration, academic exchange, and cooperation between and among Kastamonu University and the MSU System. It encompasses various aspects such as the exchange of academic materials, publication of research articles, and other academic endeavors. The commitment from various MSU campuses underlines the shared vision for advancing research and academic activities.
Also present during the signing were Chancellor of MSU-Maguindanao and MSU at Naawan, and representative from MSU-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography, who were already existing parties to the agreement.
