MSU-Maguindanao Participates in the 18th National Congress of NSTP Educators and Implementers in Baguio City
#MSUMagAt50 | The National Service Training Program (NSTP) of MSU-Maguindanao, headed by its coordinator, Professor Regina P. Canja, attended the 18th National Congress of NSTP Educators and Implementers in Baguio City on May 8 to 10, 2024.
The 18th National Congress of NSTP Educators and Implementers aimed to provide relevant discussions about significant issues and concerns regarding NSTP implementation. It also aimed to upskill implementers with the latest updates on the program and foster appreciation for the value of NSTP and the National Service Reserve Corps (NSRC) program. Participants brought innovative approaches to streamline NSTP operations and elevate the nationwide implications of NSTP initiatives.
Professor Canja’s takeaways included the importance of continuous growth within the NSTP program. It emphasized the team’s commitment to learning and growing together in a collaborative and responsible environment. This environment shapes individuals who are equipped to contribute meaningfully to society and excel in their future endeavors. She also extended her appreciation to Chancellor Bai Hejira Nefertiti M. Limbona and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Marissa N.Parcon, for enabling her to participate in the event.
