Chancellor Bai Hejira Nefertiti M. Limbona emphasized strengthening institutional systems and processes, as well as the University’s commitment to developing operations manuals that comply with standards, meet quality assurance requirements, and support institutional excellence.

The objectives of the training-workshop were to reorient participants on the structure and importance of an Operations Manual, present the essential components of an ISO-aligned College Operations Manual, and guide participants in reviewing and enhancing their respective college manuals. Additionally, the activity aimed to ensure alignment with University policies, quality assurance systems, and BOR-approved mandates, while promoting a culture of documentation, continuous improvement, and standardization across the institution.

The workshop concluded with active participation from attendees, significantly contributing to the attainment of its objectives. Participants included Deans, Directors, and Heads of Offices.
