The RQAT team conducted an ocular inspection of both institutional and program-specific facilities to assess compliance with CHED standards. This was followed by a comprehensive review of the uploaded documentary requirements for each of the fifteen (15) academic programs under evaluation. An exit conference was also held, during which the evaluators shared their initial findings, commendations, and recommendations with the university.

The CHEDRO RQAT, led by RD Garcia and represented by OIC-Chief Education Program Specialist Dr. Zohrahaydah Panawidan, included Dr. Genaro R. Andres (OIC – Supervising Education Program Specialist), Dr. Annabelle R. Dafielmoto (Education Supervisor II), Engr. Jhan Jkem B. Fontanilla (Education Supervisor II), and other assessors from various esteemed higher education institutions.

The two-day evaluation was facilitated by the Program of Accreditation Services Office (PASO), headed by its Director, Assistant Professor Meldred Baguio-Sorbito.

Also in attendance were university officials including Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Marissa N. Parcon, Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development Dr. Arceli B. Naraga, Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance Mme. Angelita T. Datucan, HRMO Director Genuine M. Uko-Malim, program deans and chairpersons, faculty members, heads of offices, and administrative staff.
