MSUMag Strengthens Stakeholder Engagement
MSU-Maguindanao gathered key partners for its annual Stakeholders’ Consultation Meeting on February 28, 2025, at the DOS Gymnasium to discuss the university’s progress, achievements, and future plans.

University officials emphasized stakeholders’ vital role in driving development, particularly in infrastructure, research, and community service. Updates were provided on key milestones from 2021 to 2025, along with the Proposed Activities and Programs (PAPs) for 2026 focused on enhancing facilities, research outputs, and extension programs. A major highlight was the MILF Camp Transformation Projects and the MNLF Study Grant funded by OPAPRU, supporting community transformation efforts.
Health services were also a key topic, with discussions on the infirmary’s development, ongoing efforts to secure an operational license, and align its development with the National Health Resource and Human Management Plan (NHRHMP) 2020–2040. The open forum encouraged stakeholders to share insights, fostering meaningful discussions. The event concluded with a Commitment Wall signing, symbolizing collective support for the university’s initiatives. Officials expressed gratitude for the collaboration, reaffirming MSU-Maguindanao’s commitment to continuous growth and service to the community.
MSU-Maguindanao officials present included VCAF Madame Angelita T. Datucan, VCAA Dr. Marissa N. Parcon, VCPD Dr. Arceli B. Naraga, and VCRE Dr. Raquel Santiago-Arenas, along with deans, faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders. Also in attendance were representatives from the Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Public Works (MPW), Local Government Units (LGUs), the Rural Health Unit of Datu Odin Sinsuat (RHU-DOS), as well as alumni, parents, and other university officials.
