Education Week Celebration, a 32 Years of Excellence

      The College of Education celebrated its 32nd Education Week last December 1 to 5, 2015 with a theme: “Quality Educational Leadership: Improving School from Within.” The said events were participated by the students of five societies such as English, General Science, Mathematics, MAPEH and General Education Society.

              The said affairs started with an opening program last December 1, 2015 Dr. Linang B. Monir, the Dean of the college gave her opening remarks. She highlighted her remarks by informing the faculty, staff, students and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Tomanda D. Antok the latest results of last September 27, 2015 LET Examination. Majority of the graduates of the said college who took the said examine was successfully pass. An inspirational message was given by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Tomanda D. Antok. In the afternoon, faculty and students enjoyed with different parlor games facilitated by Ms. Sittie Rahema Toks.

            On December 2, the five beautiful candidates for Miss Education was interviewed as part of pre-pageant by the Dean of College of Forestry Prof. Lilia D. Guimla, Acting HRMO Ms. Jasman F. Mamadra and Chairman of the Miss Education Pageant Dr. Musa Unos. After the pre-pageant, Ms. Sittie Rahema Toks together with CESO Officers introduced another parlor games in which participated by students of the said college.

            The highlight of the celebration is the search of Miss Education 2015 in which Ms. Jusyfa D. Luminog of MAPEH Society crowed as Miss Education 2015, Ellah Ali of English. Society crowed as First Runner Up and Ms. Sandra Cablo of General Education Society crowed as Second Runner Up.

            In the closing program, Dr. Sema G. Dilna the Dean of the Graduate School of Cotabato City State Polytechnic College invited as guest speaker. He delivered an inspirational message to highlight the affair. The department prepared a kanduli as part of the culminating activity to thank Allah, for the blessings that He showered to us in the department.
